C-PACE @ North of Las Vegas Stadium [Las Vegas, NV]

With Nevada committing to a Renewable Portfolio Standard (RPS) of 50% by 2030 and 100% by 2050, C-PACE legislation (Commercial-Property Assessed Clean Energy) can provide infrastructure and development projects key funding such as a zero up-front cash investment, immediate positive cash flow, long-term financing (up to 20 years), lower interest rates and higher property values (because of the energy efficiency). While the City of Las Vegas has already implemented C-PACE, Renewable Envoy is working through advocacy to accelerate C-PACE legislation in unincorporated Clark County.
